Our loading and unloading systems handle the precise positioning of steel mesh grates and baking trays. Transfer takes place gently and in sync with the production line cycle. The system can be adapted to different tray sizes, line speeds and buffer times – ideal for integration at the start and end of a production line.
Our extrusion systems extrude meat emulsions onto grates – delivering consistent quality in continuous tracks or as precise portions. Depending on the product and application, quick-change nozzle systems are used – individually tailored to the product diameter and always designed for easy cleaning. This reduces set-up times and waste – whilst maintaining consistently high quality and reproducible results.
With our molded meat systems, you can shape soft or paste-like mixtures – for example, for pet food, burgers, nuggets or plant-based alternatives. Shaping is carried out using precise die or plate mechanisms with defined portioning. The system operates hygienically and efficiently and can be adapted to changing recipes and product shapes.
Our cutting systems ensure precise product lengths – inline, at full line speed. Depending on requirements, we use rotating blades or saws – tailored to the product structure and cut quality. Our cutting units allow for long maintenance intervals thanks to special blades and saws with particularly high rotational speeds. Ideal for soft and hard products that need to be precisely portioned or separated.
Our product removal systems automatically remove of product from carriers like steel mesh grates and baking trays. The systems handle products gently and can be adapted to different product diameters, formats and recipes.
